Just off Banner Road in El Reno, Howdy's Camp sits on wide Oklahoma land with room to breathe. Big rigs pull through with ease, back-in sites open onto quiet views, and a stocked fishing pond gives the property a calm center that guests tend to gravitate toward the moment they arrive. We're open all year, so whether you're here for a long stretch of winter sun or a summer weekend, the gate's always ready for you.
Mornings usually start at the coffee shop and cafe, where the smell of fresh brew pulls people out of their rigs before they've fully woken up. From there the day opens up however you want it: laps in the resort style pool, a soak in the spa, a slow loop on the walking trails, or an afternoon in the clubhouse and game room when the Oklahoma sun gets ambitious. The mercantile covers what you forgot to pack, laundry facilities and luxury showers keep travel life easy, and the common seating areas are where neighbors turn into friends over folding chairs and good stories.
We host road-tripping families, snowbirds chasing mild weather, work crews staying a season, and couples who just wanted a comfortable stop along I-40. Kids claim the shaded playground, dogs claim the dog park, and the event space keeps groups and gatherings happy. All ages are welcome here, and so are you.
