Howdy’s Camp near Piedmont, OK

Guests hunting for RV parks near Piedmont, Oklahoma usually want two things: quick access to town and a place worth coming back to at the end of the day. Howdy's Camp sits just west of the metro on N Banner Rd in El Reno, close enough for a morning run over to Piedmont and far enough out that evenings stay dark and quiet. Roll into a pull through or back in site, get level, then head for the pool.

Piedmont Community Park makes an easy stop for a walk or a picnic with the kids, and The Old Store is the kind of place you wander into for a look around and end up chatting a while. Chester's Party Barn & Farm draws families out for a country afternoon, while Bricks and Branches Event Venue and Rose Creek Farm & Equestrian Centre give folks in town for a wedding or a horse event a comfortable home base. Piedmont cuisine covers dinner when nobody feels like cooking.

Push a little farther and the Oklahoma City Zoo, Frontier City and the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum all sit within day trip range, and Overholser Park is a nice detour on the way back. Then it's home to the resort style spa, the clubhouse, the game room and the dog park. Laundry, luxury showers, trash service and coffee in the morning keep the whole stay simple among RV parks near Piedmont.

Perfect location and a really nice park. It’s Easy to get in and out and perfect for families There’s lots of attention to detail. Loved the pond, trails, and clubhouse Perfect stop close to Route 66 and easy access from the highway. Very clean and spacious

Definitely a place to relax and enjoy an evening with the family or even just your spouse. Quiet and convenient. So many activities from a game room to fishing and even a in-ground pool! This is just the experience side but meeting the owners you can tell they genuinely care and just want to give the best back to the community and people to have a safe and fun environment on your stay. This is a place that we will be visiting again, even if it’s just for a weekend getaway.

Convenient location, there's an RV/camper repair place bordering it, as well as an RV friendly gas station. The communal spaces are all brand new and include a coffee shop and a pool. What isn't there here!? I thought it would just be an RV resort, but is it actually RV heaven?! Also, it has some wooded walking trails.
