Definitions and Agreement
For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
“Resort” means Howdy’s Camp, together with its owners, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, managers, members, employees, agents, representatives, insurers, and contractors, collectively referred to as the “Resort Parties.”
“Guest” means the individual entering into a Reservation Agreement with the Resort.
“Guest’s Party” means the Guest’s family members, companions, co-occupants, and any other persons staying with or accompanying the Guest at or in connection with the Resort.
“Invitees” means persons invited to or permitted on Resort property by the Guest or a member of the Guest’s Party, including visitors, vendors, and service providers engaged by or for the Guest.
By making a reservation with the Resort, each Guest shall, on behalf of the Guest and the Guest’s Party, be deemed to have fully read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agreed to be bound by them for the duration of the Guest’s stay and thereafter, as applicable.
Reservations and Payment
A valid credit card or other accepted payment method is required to confirm all Guest reservations.
Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Rates are subject to change without notice until the reservation has been confirmed.
Check-In and Checkout
Please observe the following arrival and departure times:
Cancellation Policy
Refund eligibility is determined by how far in advance the cancellation is received before the original check-in time.
Full Refund
Reservation cancellations made at least seven days before the scheduled check-in time will receive a full refund.
50% Refund
Cancellations made three to six days before the scheduled check-in time will receive a refund equal to 50% of the reservation amount.
No Refund
Cancellations made two days or less before the original check-in time are nonrefundable, and the full reservation price will be charged.
Guest Conduct
Guests, members of their party, and invitees are expected to respect the Resort, its staff, and other guests.
- Quiet hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM CST until 7:00 AM CST.
- Speed limit: The designated speed limit throughout the Resort is 5 MPH.
- Respectful conduct: Abusive or disruptive behavior directed toward management, staff, guests, or other persons is strictly prohibited.
- Prohibited activities: Illegal, noxious, or offensive activities may not be conducted on Resort property.
